To create your email signature, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the fields you’d like to include in your signature. A live preview will update as you type.
2. Click on the box with the "For New Messages" option. The signature content will be automatically highlighted and say. "Message Selected".
3. Copy the highlighted signature:
• Windows: Press Ctrl+C
• Mac: Press ⌘+C
• Browser: Go to the toolbar, click Edit, then select Copy

To add your new email signature to Outlook, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook
2. Select Settings
3. Select Accounts > Signatures. (If you have more than one account added to new Outlook, select the account you want to apply your email signature to.)
4. Select New signature, and name it "C1C New Email Sig".
5. In the editing box below the new name, paste the new signature just copied from the website.
6. Select Save when you're done.
7. With the "C1C New Email Sig" signature selected from the list above the editing box, go to Select default signatures and choose to apply the signature For New Messages.
8. Select Save again.
9. If you'd like to have the smaller signature option used for reply and forwarded messages follow these same steps to create a new signature, and name it "C1C Reply Email Sig".
10. With the "C1C Reply Email Sig" signature selected from the list above the editing box, go to Select default signatures and choose to apply the signature For Replies/Forwards.
11. Select Save again.
