Chesterfield, VA - As a general contractor for commercial development projects, one of our specialties is restaurant construction. We want to highlight another Starbucks Coffee Company project! (They gave out free coffee today!) This build was a little over 2,500 square feet and was an interior buildout of an existing shell. We added new partitions, fixtures, and finishes. This included polished concrete floors and wood cladding in some areas. There is a section with a community table to seat larger groups, as well as an outdoor canopy and patio seating. We had a great project team working with Zach, Victoria, and Troy to get the job done!
