Project Scope and Timeline

This project involved a full replacement of the HVAC systems along with associated electrical modifications. Ceilings were demolished and replaced, and all electrical rooms were upgraded to meet fire-rated standards. Work was carried out on an expedited schedule from February through July to ensure timely completion.

Campus Coordination

To minimize disruption to the school, construction activities were carefully scheduled. Prior to summer, work was performed after school hours while the campus was occupied. The majority of the renovation took place during the seven-week summer break, allowing crews to complete the most intensive tasks while the campus was unoccupied.

Key Renovation Components

Major upgrades included the installation of new HVAC units, ventilation fans, piping, and ducting systems. Structural improvements encompassed acoustic ceiling tile (ACT) replacements and kitchen modifications to accommodate the new equipment. Additional work included equipment pads, masonry, electrical, and plumbing modifications, ensuring the facility was fully modernized and prepared for long-term use.
