Design build of a 16 acre-site, ground up corporate headquarters. This one-of-a-kind project utilized the client’s product for the building structures. Scope includes five complete warehouses, a two-story corporate office including office, a kitchen, conference rooms, a break room, rooftop patio as well as all site work, utilities, and heavy concrete paving.
