Caliber 1 Construction completed a higher educational project which included a complete demo and remodel of the fourth floor. Reno included new walls, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, and signage. We installed new doors on the floor and new store front windows in select areas. Great being a part of this KSU project and contributing to the Institution's "Owl Life".

Our team renovated an existing two-story mall floor space into a state-of-the-art educational and daycare facility. The project included building new classrooms with custom millwork, upgrading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and creating exterior features like a playground, shaded hardscapes, and vibrant landscaping. I was the general contractor for a restaurant. I completed a site work project, which included renovating a detention pond, adding canopies, and updated finishes in the dining room and bathrooms.
